I hope this small tip maybe will be helpful to someone. So I set the date to today’s date and it started working for me.

Adjusted the time according to the selected time zone. I tried to change the time zone of the system to various timezone in UTC format also. Look under the Account aliases section. Select Manage your sign-in email or phone number. Sign in to the Your Info page of your Microsoft account. To rename your personal Microsoft account, follow the steps below:
